With a strong professional background, she has led the legal department of multinational companies across various sectors, providing advice on corporate matters and supporting personnel mobility to and from Colombia
Maria Fernanda Infante
Founding Partner
MarÃa Fernanda is a lawyer specialized in Commercial Law and holds a Master's degree in International Trade. Throughout her career, she has worked with multinational companies in various sectors, leading the legal department and advising on corporate and contractual matters. Additionally, she has worked in law firms in Canada, providing support in immigration processes. MarÃa Fernanda has participated in discussions organized by the University of Rosario on immigration programs to Canada and, recently, was a co-author of the book "Studies on Human Rights and Migration," published by the same university.
